The Eastern Hills Highlanders football team (Fort Worth, TX), was tipped 30-28 in Thursday's league challenge with the visiting Western Hills Cougars (Fort Worth, TX)

The Cougars (4-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Castleberry (Fort Worth, TX). The Lions come into the 4A-1 Region II District 6 challenge with a 1-5 record. In their last challenge, Castleberry nipped Diamond Hill-Jarvis (Fort Worth, TX), 37-0, in a league challenge.

The Highlanders now sport a 3-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Dunbar for a 4A-1 Region II District 6 challenge on Friday, October 14. Eastern Hills will meet a Wildcats team coming off a 44-14 league win over Carter-Riverside (Fort Worth, TX). The Wildcats record now stands at 3-3.
