The Central Catholic Raiders volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the host Methuen Rangers to 2 in the Raiders league triumph on Monday.

The Raiders now possess a 13-2 record. They play next when they host Haverhill for a Merrimack Valley I outing on Wednesday, October 8. Central Catholic will play a Hillies team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Chelmsford (North Chelmsford, MA). The Hillies record now stands at 5-7.

With the loss, Methuen drops to 10-5 on the campaign. The Rangers travel to Billerica Memorial (Billerica, MA) to clash with the Indians in a Merrimack Valley I bout on Wednesday, October 8. The Indians come into the bout with a record of 5-9. Billerica Memorial lost 3-0 in their recent league bout against Andover (Andover, MA)
