The Salisbury Hornets football squad scored 56 points and restricted the visiting East Davidson Golden Eagles to 7 in the Hornets league victory on Friday.

The Hornets now possess a 7-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Lexington for a 1A/2A West Conference 33 battle on Friday, October 14. Salisbury will play a Yellowjackets squad coming off a 26-10 league win over West Davidson (Lexington, NC). The Yellowjackets record now stands at 2-5.
