The San Angelo Central Bobcats held off the host Midland Bulldogs football team by a final score of 28-25 in Friday's league outing.

With the win, San Angelo Central improves its record to 4-2 on the season. The Bobcats host Odessa (Odessa, TX) to confront the Bronchos in a 6A Region I District 2 outing on Friday, October 14. The Bronchos go into the outing with a record of 3-3. Odessa lost 38-7 in their recent league outing against Permian (Odessa, TX)

With the loss, Midland moves to 4-2 on the season. The Bulldogs host Frenship (Wolfforth, TX) to confront the Tigers in a 6A Region I District 2 outing on Friday, October 14.
