October 7, 2025: Charlotte, NC 28216 West Charlotte Lions (Charlotte, NC) boosters left the game thrilled Tuesday as they saw their volleyball squad nudge the visiting Chambers Cougars (Charlotte, NC), 2-1 in a non-league test.
With the win, West Charlotte improves its record to 1-1 on the season. The Lions travel to North Mecklenburg (Huntersville, NC) to meet the Vikings in a non-league challenge on Thursday, October 9. The Vikings enter the challenge with a record of 5-7.
Next, the Cougars meet the Olympic Trojans (Charlotte, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, October 8. Chambers will attempt to advance on its 0-9 season record. The Trojans go into the game with a 1-9 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Berry (Charlotte, NC).
