Missouri High School Volleyball - McDonald County tips Cassville

October 7, 2025: Cassville, MO 65625

Fans at Tuesday's non-league contest between the McDonald County Mustangs (Anderson, MO) and the host Cassville Wildcats (Cassville, MO), observed McDonald County's volleyball team hold off Cassville by a tally of 3-2.

The Mustangs (5-16) will now prepare for their test against Seneca (Seneca, MO). The Indians go into the non-league test with a 4-21 record. In their last test, Seneca was edged by East Newton (Granby, MO), 3-0, in a league test.

The Wildcats now own a 5-14 record. They put it on the line next when they host Mt. Vernon for a Class 3 District 12 test on Thursday, October 9. Cassville will encounter a Mountaineers squad coming off a 3-0 league win over Aurora (Aurora, MO). The Mountaineers record now stands at 18-6.
