October 9, 2025: Springfield, VT 05156 The Woodstock Wasps football squad scored 38 points and limited the host Springfield Cosmos to 0 in the Wasps league victory on Thursday.
In their next game, the Wasps face the Windsor Yellowjackets (Windsor, VT) in a CVL challenge, on Saturday, October 18. Woodstock will attempt to improve on its 5-1 season record. The Yellowjackets enter the challenge with a 2-4 record after their 29-20 league win over Poultney (Poultney, VT).
The Cosmos (4-2) will now prepare for their outing against Mill River (North Clarendon, VT). The Minutemen come into the CVL outing with a 2-4 record. In their last outing, Mill River was overwhelmed by Otter Valley (Brandon, VT), 25-7, in a league game.
