Missouri High School Volleyball - Galena tips Blue Eye

Galena Bears (Galena, MO) boosters left the game satisfied Thursday as they saw their volleyball squad edge the visiting Blue Eye Bulldogs (Blue Eye, MO), 3-2 in a league test.

With the win, Galena improves its record to 17-11 on the season. The Bears travel to Hurley (Hurley, MO) to face the Tigers in a Class 1 District 9 test on Tuesday, October 14. The Tigers go into the test with a record of 0-11.

The Bulldogs now own a 18-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Seymour for a non-league test on Saturday, October 11. Blue Eye will play a Tigers team coming off a 3-1 non-league win over Koshkonong (Koshkonong, MO). The Tigers record now stands at 10-12.
