The Hoosac Valley Hurricanes football squad scored 35 points and limited the visiting Holyoke Purple Knights to 6 in the Hurricanes league triumph on Saturday.

The Hurricanes now hold a 7-1 record.

With the defeat, Holyoke drops to 2-6 on the season. The Purple knights host South Hadley (South Hadley, MA) to meet the Tigers in a Suburban - North test on Thursday, November 27. The Tigers come into the test with a record of 4-4. South Hadley lost 22-2 in their recent league test against Easthampton/Hampshire (Easthampton, MA)
