The crowd at Friday's league contest between the Palmerton Blue Bombers (Palmerton, PA) and the visiting North Schuylkill Spartans (Ashland, PA), observed Palmerton's football squad defeat North Schuylkill by a count of 32-24.

The Blue Bombers now own a 12-0 record. They play next when they travel to Northwestern Lehigh for a non-league contest on Friday, November 17. Palmerton will play a Tigers squad coming off a 43-21 non-league win over Notre Dame-Green Pond (Easton, PA). The Tigers record now stands at 12-0.
