Texas High School Basketball - Westbury Christian topped by St. Pius X
November 10, 2023: Houston, TX 77096 The St. Pius X Panthers basketball team scored 60 points and restricted the host Westbury Christian Wildcats to 48 in the Panthers non-league victory on Friday.
The Panthers now sport a 3-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host The Woodlands Christian Academy for a non-league contest on Saturday, November 11. St. Pius X will battle a Warriors team coming off a 41-15 non-league win over Faith West Academy (Katy, TX). The Warriors record now stands at 1-0.
The Wildcats (0-1) will now prepare for their contest against Salt and Light Homeschool (Conroe, TX). The Eagles come into the non-league contest with a 1-4 record. In their last contest, Salt and Light Homeschool was defeated by Kelly Catholic (Beaumont, TX), 45-35, in a non-league contest.
