The Fitzgerald Purple Hurricane thwarted the visiting Central Chargers football team by a count of 21-0 in Friday's non-league outing.

With the win, Fitzgerald upgrades its record to 11-0 on the season. The Purple Hurricane travel to Putnam County (Eatonton, GA) to encounter the War Eagles in a non-league outing on Friday, November 18. The War Eagles go into the outing with a record of 9-2. Putnam County won 30-6 in their recent non-league outing against Toombs County (Lyons, GA)
