With the victory, Liberty advances its record to 1-0 on the year. The Patriots host Brownfield (Brownfield, TX) to battle the Cubs in a non-league contest on Friday, November 14. The Cubs come into the contest with a record of 0-2. Brownfield lost 44-32 in their recent non-league contest against Hale Center (Hale Center, TX)
In their next game, the Tigers battle the Odessa Bronchos (Odessa, TX) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, November 15. Slaton will attempt to better on its 0-1 season record. The Bronchos come into the contest with a 2-0 record after their 40-28 non-league win over Merkel (Merkel, TX).
