East Nashville Magnet Eagles (Nashville, TN) fans went home in high spirits Friday as they observed their football squad thwart the host Fairley Bulldogs (Memphis, TN), 28-20 in a non-league match.

The Eagles (6-5) will now prepare for their match against Milan (Milan, TN). The Bulldogs come into the non-league match with a 11-0 record. In their last match, Milan toppled Mt. Pleasant (Mt. Pleasant, TN), 42-16, in a non-league challenge.
