In Wednesday's non-league match, the visiting Lynwood Knights basketball team scored a tight 81-79 triumph over the Serra Cavaliers.

In their next game, the Knights meet the Simi Valley Pioneers (Simi Valley, CA) in a non-league match, on Saturday, November 18. Lynwood will attempt to better on its 3-0 season record. The Pioneers enter the match with a 1-0 record after their 105-40 non-league win over Hueneme (Oxnard, CA).
