November 18, 2022: Dallas, TX 75224 The Itasca Wampus Cats basketball team scored 61 points and held the host Life Oak Cliff Lions to 11 in the Wampus Cats non-league triumph on Friday.
The Wampus Cats now sport a 4-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Venus for a non-league contest on Saturday, November 19. Itasca will battle a Bulldogs team coming off a 38-28 non-league loss to Rio Vista (Rio Vista, TX). The Bulldogs record now stands at 1-5.
The Lions (0-7) will now prepare for their contest against Rio Vista (Rio Vista, TX). The Eagles enter the non-league contest with a 0-3 record. In their last contest, Rio Vista was routed by Carter-Riverside (Fort Worth, TX), 27-22, in a non-league contest.
