The Premont Cowboys basketball squad (Premont, TX), was crushed 60-14 in Tuesday's non-league battle with the host Taft Greyhounds (Taft, TX)

With the victory, Taft advances its record to 3-1 on the year. The Greyhounds travel to John Paul II (Corpus Christi, TX) to meet the Centurions in a non-league battle on Thursday, November 20. The Centurions enter the battle with a record of 1-2. John Paul II lost 67-28 in their recent non-league battle against Refugio (Refugio, TX)

In their next game, the Cowboys battle the Skidmore-Tynan Bobcats (Skidmore, TX) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, December 12. Premont will attempt to improve on its 1-1 season record.
