The crowd at Tuesday's non-league bout between the Hoover Huskies (Clendenin, WV) and the host Independence Patriots (Coal City, WV), saw Hoover's volleyball squad beat Independence by a tally of 3-1.

With the win, Hoover upgrades its record to 38-10 on the year. The Huskies travel to Shady Spring (Shady Spring, WV) to play the Tigers in a non-league bout on Wednesday, November 3. The Tigers go into the bout with a record of 37-3. Shady Spring won 3-0 in their recent non-league bout against Hoover (Clendenin, WV)
