November 2, 2022: Richmond, VA 23236 The crowd at Wednesday's non-league bout between the Monacan Chiefs (Richmond, VA) and the visiting Mechanicsville Mustangs (Mechanicsville, VA), saw Monacan's volleyball squad beat Mechanicsville by a tally of 3-1.
With the win, Monacan upgrades its record to 5-0 on the year. The Chiefs travel to Patrick Henry (Ashland, VA) to play the Patriots in a non-league bout on Saturday, November 5. The Patriots go into the bout with a record of 1-0. Patrick Henry won 3-0 in their recent non-league bout against Hanover (Mechanicsville, VA)
The Mustangs now own a 1-1 record.
