The Houlka Wildcats basketball team (Houlka, MS), was trounced 45-16 in Friday's non-league match with the visiting Water Valley Blue Devils (Water Valley, MS)

With the victory, Water Valley advances its record to 2-4 on the year. The Blue Devils travel to Charleston (Charleston, MS) to meet the Tigers in a non-league match on Tuesday, December 2. The Tigers enter the match with a record of 1-3.

The Wildcats now own a 0-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Falkner for a non-league match on Monday, November 24. Houlka will meet a Eagles squad coming off a 49-26 non-league win over Nettleton (Nettleton, MS). The Eagles record now stands at 1-1.
