With the victory, Sumter improves its record to 1-0 on the season. The Gamecocks travel to Lakewood (Sumter, SC) to encounter the Gators in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, December 2. The Gators come into the challenge with a record of 0-0.
In their next game, the Mustangs encounter the Newberry Bulldogs (Newberry, SC) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, November 22. Midland Valley will attempt to improve on its 1-1 season record.
