November 24, 2020: Bowie, TX 76230 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Ponder Lions (Ponder, TX) and the host Bowie Jackrabbits (Bowie, TX), saw Ponder's basketball squad overcome Bowie by a tally of 54-45.
With the victory, Ponder improves its record to 6-1 on the campaign. The Lions host Guyer (Denton, TX) to confront the Wildcats in a non-league challenge on Saturday, November 28. The Wildcats come into the challenge with a record of 4-3. Guyer lost 65-54 in their recent non-league challenge against South Grand Prairie (Grand Prairie, TX)
Next up, the Jackrabbits confront the Peaster Greyhounds (Peaster, TX) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, December 4. Bowie will attempt to improve on its 1-4 season record. The Greyhounds come into the challenge with a 7-1 record after their 75-43 non-league win over Aledo (Aledo, TX).
