Ohio High School Basketball - Elyria crushes Vermilion

Elyria Pioneers (Elyria, OH) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Vermilion Sailors (Vermilion, OH), 66-44 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Elyria upgrades its record to 1-0 on the season. The Pioneers host Westlake (Westlake, OH) to play the Demons in a non-league bout on Tuesday, November 30. The Demons go into the bout with a record of 0-0.

Next up, the Sailors play the Sandusky Blue Streaks (Sandusky, OH) in a Sandusky Bay - Lake bout, on Friday, December 10. Vermilion will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record.
