Kokomo Wildkats (Kokomo, IN) backers were pleased Saturday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the host Anderson Indians (Anderson, IN), 56-52 in a league bout.

With the victory, Kokomo upgrades its record to 4-2 on the campaign. The Wildkats travel to Lafayette Jefferson (Lafayette, IN) to play the Bronchos in a North Central bout on Wednesday, November 30. The Bronchos come into the bout with a record of 0-5. Lafayette Jefferson lost 59-32 in their recent non-league bout against Seeger (West Lebanon, IN)

Next up, the Indians play the Marion Giants (Marion, IN) in a North Central bout, on Tuesday, November 29. Anderson will attempt to upgrade on its 1-6 season record. The Giants come into the bout with a 1-7 record after their 62-59 league win over Indianapolis Arsenal Technical (Indianapolis, IN).
