Catawba Ridge Copperheads (Fort Mill, SC) supporters left the game happy Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad hold off the host Blacksburg Wildcats (Blacksburg, SC), 46-43 in a non-league match.

With the victory, Catawba Ridge advances its record to 2-1 on the year. The Copperheads travel to Palisades (Charlotte, NC) to face the Pumas in a non-league match on Tuesday, December 3. The Pumas enter the match with a record of 2-2. Palisades won 65-30 in their recent non-league match against West Mecklenburg (Charlotte, NC)

The Wildcats now own a 1-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Chapman for a non-league match on Tuesday, December 3. Blacksburg will face a Panthers squad coming off a 50-22 non-league loss to Wren (Piedmont, SC). The Panthers record now stands at 1-2.
