Arkansas High School Basketball - Central holds off West Memphis
November 29, 2022: West Memphis, AR 72301 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Central Tigers (Little Rock, AR) and the host West Memphis Blue Devils (West Memphis, AR), saw Central's basketball squad hold off West Memphis by a tally of 52-48.
With the victory, Central improves its record to 5-2 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to Mills University Studies (Little Rock, AR) to confront the Comets in a non-league challenge on Thursday, December 1. The Comets come into the challenge with a record of 4-0. Mills University Studies won 54-38 in their recent non-league challenge against Hall (Little Rock, AR)
Next up, the Blue Devils confront the Jonesboro Hurricane (Jonesboro, AR) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, December 1. West Memphis will attempt to improve on its 0-2 season record. The Hurricane come into the challenge with a 2-1 record after their 57-53 non-league loss to North Little Rock (North Little Rock, AR).
