The Bishop Montgomery Knights (Torrance, CA) basketball nipped the visiting Oakwood Owls (North Hollywood, CA), 62-60 in Wednesday's non-league test.

The Knights (5-0) will now prepare for their test against Pacifica Christian/Orange County (Newport Beach, CA). The Tritons go into the non-league test with a 1-3 record. In their last test, Pacifica Christian/Orange County was tipped by Crean Lutheran (Irvine, CA), 60-49, in a non-league test.

The Owls now own a 0-5 record. They play next when they travel to University for a non-league test on Friday, December 1. Oakwood will encounter a Wildcats squad coming off a 43-38 non-league win over Cantwell-Sacred Heart of Mary (Montebello, CA). The Wildcats record now stands at 2-2.
