Virginia High School Basketball - Forsyth Home Educators tops Carlisle
November 29, 2023: Axton, VA 24054 Fans at Wednesday's non-league challenge between the Forsyth Home Educators Hawks (Winston-Salem, NC) and the host Carlisle Chiefs (Axton, VA), saw Forsyth Home Educators's basketball squad knock off Carlisle by a count of 55-46.
With the victory, Forsyth Home Educators upgrades its record to 10-1 on the campaign. The Hawks travel to R.J. Reynolds (Winston-Salem, NC) to play the Demons in a non-league challenge on Friday, December 1. The Demons come into the challenge with a record of 3-1. R.J. Reynolds won 40-22 in their recent non-league challenge against Atkins (Winston-Salem, NC)
Next up, the Chiefs play the Carroll County Cavaliers (Hillsville, VA) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, December 2. Carlisle will attempt to upgrade on its 3-3 season record. The Cavaliers come into the challenge with a 1-0 record after their 63-47 non-league win over Pulaski County (Dublin, VA).
