November 30, 2021: Indio, CA 92201 The Chaparral Pumas basketball team scored 58 points and restricted the host Indio Rajahs to 40 in the Pumas non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Pumas now sport a 2-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Valley View for a non-league contest on Wednesday, December 1. Chaparral will battle a Eagles team coming off a 74-37 non-league win over Citrus Hill (Perris, CA). The Eagles record now stands at 5-0.
The Rajahs (1-1) will now prepare for their contest against Citrus Hill (Perris, CA). The Hawks come into the non-league contest with a 0-5 record. In their last contest, Citrus Hill was defeated by Valley View (Moreno Valley, CA), 74-37, in a non-league contest.
