Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the San Carlos Braves (San Carlos, AZ) and the host Leading Edge Academy - GEC Spartans (Gilbert, AZ), saw San Carlos's basketball squad knock off Leading Edge Academy - GEC by a count of 59-41.

With the victory, San Carlos upgrades its record to 1-1 on the campaign. The Braves host Pima (Pima, AZ) to play the Roughriders in a 2A South challenge on Thursday, December 2. The Roughriders come into the challenge with a record of 1-0. Pima won 83-20 in their recent non-league challenge against Fort Thomas (Fort Thomas, AZ)
