November 30, 2022: Santa Rosa, CA 95403 Cardinal Newman Cardinals (Santa Rosa, CA) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Piner Prospectors (Santa Rosa, CA), 2-0 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Cardinal Newman upgrades its record to 3-1 on the season. The Cardinals travel to Archie Williams (San Anselmo, CA) to clash with the Peregrine Falcons in a non-league bout on Thursday, December 8. The Peregrine Falcons go into the bout with a record of 0-0.
Next up, the Prospectors clash with the Novato Hornets (Novato, CA) in a non-league bout, on Monday, January 2. Piner will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record.
