The Portage Central Mustangs football team scored 34 points and restricted the visiting Byron Center Bulldogs to 7 in the Mustangs non-league win on Friday.

In their next game, the Mustangs face the Traverse City Central Trojans (Traverse City, MI) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, November 14. Portage Central will attempt to improve on its 11-0 season record. The Trojans go into the challenge with a 7-4 record after their 16-14 non-league win over Muskegon (Muskegon, MI).
