In Saturday's non-league contest, the visiting Mishawaka Marian Knights basketball team scored a good 51-43 triumph over the Westville Blackhawks.

The Knights (1-0) will now prepare for their match against Plymouth (Plymouth, IN). The Pilgrims/Rockies enter the non-league match with a 1-0 record. In their last match, Plymouth notched a victory over LaVille (Lakeville, IN), 44-37, in a non-league match.

The Blackhawks now sport a 1-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Bremen for a non-league match on Tuesday, November 11. Westville will confront a Lions team coming off a 62-42 non-league win over New Prairie (New Carlisle, IN). The Lions record now stands at 2-0.
