California High School Basketball - Poly holds off Rialto

December 2, 2022: Rialto, CA 92376

Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Poly Bears (Riverside, CA) and the host Rialto Knights (Rialto, CA), saw Poly's basketball team get by Rialto by a score of 36-33.

The Bears now sport a 7-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Great Oak for a non-league contest on Saturday, December 3. Poly will battle a Wolfpack team coming off a 56-23 non-league win over San Jacinto (San Jacinto, CA). The Wolfpack record now stands at 5-0.

The Knights (6-1) will now prepare for their contest against Citrus Valley (Redlands, CA). The Blackhawks come into the non-league contest with a 1-3 record. In their last contest, Citrus Valley was nudged by Palm Desert (Palm Desert, CA), 44-40, in a non-league contest.
