The Thomas Jefferson Classical Academy Gryphons basketball squad (Mooresboro, NC), was crushed 65-34 in Tuesday's non-league battle with the host Asheville School (Independent) Blues (Asheville, NC)

With the victory, Asheville School (Independent) advances its record to 5-0 on the year. The Blues travel to Thales Academy Apex (Apex, NC) to meet the Titans in a non-league battle on Friday, December 6. The Titans enter the battle with a record of 5-2. Thales Academy Apex lost 54-50 in their recent non-league battle against Cary Academy (Cary, NC)

The Gryphons now own a 2-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Bethel Christian Academy for a non-league battle on Thursday, December 5.
