Hiwassee Dam Eagles (Murphy, NC) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Andrews Wildcats (Andrews, NC), 62-46 in a league bout.

With the win, Hiwassee Dam upgrades its record to 2-2 on the season. The Eagles travel to Murphy (Murphy, NC) to clash with the Bulldogs in a non-league bout on Friday, December 9. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a record of 0-3. Murphy lost 57-35 in their recent non-league bout against Union County (Blairsville, GA)
