Coral Springs Colts (Coral Springs, FL) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Cypress Bay Lightning (Weston, FL), 62-25 in a league bout.

With the win, Coral Springs upgrades its record to 6-0 on the season. The Colts host Blanche Ely (Pompano Beach, FL) to play the Tigers in a non-league bout on Friday, December 9. The Tigers go into the bout with a record of 6-1. Blanche Ely won 49-46 in their recent non-league bout against Somerset Prep (North Lauderdale, FL)

Next up, the Lightning play the Archbishop McCarthy Mavericks (Fort Lauderdale, FL) in a non-league bout, on Monday, December 12. Cypress Bay will attempt to upgrade on its 5-4 season record.
