December 7, 2024: El Campo, TX 77437 The crowd at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Industrial Cobras (Vanderbilt, TX) and the host El Campo Ricebirds (El Campo, TX), observed Industrial's basketball team overcome El Campo by a score of 44-36.
The Cobras (6-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Brazosport (Freeport, TX). The Exporters come into the non-league challenge with a 4-2 record. In their last challenge, Brazosport defeated Van Vleck (Van Vleck, TX), 84-30, in a non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Ricebirds battle the Yoakum Bulldogs (Yoakum, TX) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, December 10. El Campo will attempt to improve on its 2-5 season record. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a 2-3 record after their 49-46 non-league loss to La Grange (La Grange, TX).
