In Tuesday's non-league match, the host Central Noble Cougars basketball team scored a tight 32-28 triumph over the Goshen RedHawks.

In their next game, the Cougars meet the Angola Hornets (Angola, IN) in a Northeast Corner match, on Friday, December 4. Central Noble will attempt to move on its 3-0 season record. The Hornets enter the match with a 2-2 record after their 42-32 league loss to Fairfield (Goshen, IN).

With the defeat, Goshen moves to 2-1 on the year. The Redhawks host Plymouth (Plymouth, IN) to meet the Pilgrims in a Northern Lakes match on Saturday, December 5. The Pilgrims enter the match with a record of 3-3. Plymouth won 71-61 in their recent non-league match against Tippecanoe Valley (Akron, IN)
