West Union Eagles (Myrtle, MS) backers were pleased Thursday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the host Ashland Blue Devils (Ashland, MS), 81-47 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, West Union upgrades its record to 9-0 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Saltillo (Saltillo, MS) to play the Tigers in a non-league bout on Saturday, December 3. The Tigers come into the bout with a record of 1-1.
