The Center Cougars basketball team scored 62 points and restricted the host Johnson Warriors to 13 in the Cougars non-league victory on Thursday.

The Cougars now sport a 1-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Ponderosa for a non-league contest on Friday, December 2. Center will battle a Bruins team coming off a 63-36 non-league win over Edison (Stockton, CA). The Bruins record now stands at 3-0.

The Warriors (0-3) will now prepare for their contest against Highlands (North Highlands, CA). The Scots come into the non-league contest with a 2-1 record.
