December 10, 2021: Loveland, CO 80538 The Resurrection Christian Cougars (Loveland, CO) ice hockey nipped the visiting Kent Denver Sun Devils (Englewood, CO), 3-2 in Friday's non-league battle.
The Cougars now hold a 1-2 record. They play next when they host Monarch for a 5A North battle on Friday, December 17. Resurrection Christian will play a Coyotes team coming off a 8-1 non-league win over Chatfield (Littleton, CO). The Coyotes record now stands at 4-0.
The Sun Devils (1-1) will now prepare for their battle against Pueblo County (Pueblo, CO). The Hornets come into the non-league battle with a 0-1 record. In their last battle, Pueblo County was edged by Palmer (Colorado Springs, CO), 10-7, in a league battle.
