The Leading Edge Academy - GEC Spartans basketball team scored 59 points and held the host Alchesay Falcons to 43 in the Spartans non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Spartans now sport a 11-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Arete Prep for a 2A Valley contest on Tuesday, December 13. Leading Edge Academy - GEC will meet a CHARGERS team coming off a 53-46 non-league win over Lincoln Prep (Chandler, AZ). The CHARGERS record now stands at 6-3.

The Falcons (3-4) will now prepare for their contest against Benson (Benson, AZ). The Bobcats enter the non-league contest with a 4-3 record. In their last contest, Benson was outscored by Safford (Safford, AZ), 67-65, in a non-league contest.
