The Lions now possess a 11-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Kemp for a 3A Region III District 18 battle on Tuesday, December 13. Blooming Grove will battle a Yellowjackets team coming off a 56-33 non-league loss to Wills Point (Wills Point, TX). The Yellowjackets record now stands at 2-7.
The Jaguars (6-8) will now prepare for their battle against Riesel (Riesel, TX). The Indians come into the 2A Region III District 18 battle with a 6-4 record. In their last battle, Riesel beat Reicher Catholic (Waco, TX), 60-18, in a non-league battle.
