North Carolina High School Basketball - Bishop McGuinness routs Albemarle
December 10, 2024: Kernersville, NC 27284 In Tuesday's non-league contest, the host Bishop McGuinness Villains basketball team scored a big 71-33 triumph over the Albemarle Bulldogs.
The Villains (4-0) will now prepare for their contest against Cornerstone Charter (Greensboro, NC). The Cardinals go into the 1A Northwest Piedmont contest with a 6-2 record. In their last contest, Cornerstone Charter was trounced by Leadership Academy (Kernersville, NC), 80-49, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Bulldogs confront the Ashbrook Greenwave (Gastonia, NC) in a non-league contest, on Wednesday, December 11. Albemarle will attempt to better on its 0-6 season record. The Greenwave go into the contest with a 4-2 record after their 85-83 non-league win over East Lincoln (Denver, NC).
