Kansas High School Basketball - Dighton ripped by Ellis
December 11, 2020: Ellis, KS 67637 The Ellis Railroaders basketball team scored 60 points and held the visiting Dighton Hornets to 22 in the Railroaders non-league triumph on Friday.
The Railroaders now sport a 3-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Wheatland-Grinnell for a non-league contest on Saturday, December 12. Ellis will battle a Thunderhawks team coming off a 35-31 non-league win over Quinter (Quinter, KS). The Thunderhawks record now stands at 1-1.
The Hornets (0-2) will now prepare for their contest against Quinter (Quinter, KS). The Bulldogs enter the non-league contest with a 2-1 record. In their last contest, Quinter was routed by Wheatland-Grinnell (Grainfield, KS), 35-31, in a non-league contest.
