The Bird Skyhawks topped the host Louisa County Lions basketball team by a final score of 41-28 in Saturday's non-league game.

In their next game, the Skyhawks face the Wythe Bulldogs (Richmond, VA) in a Dominion game, on Thursday, December 16. Bird will attempt to move on its 2-2 season record. The Bulldogs enter the game with a 0-2 record after their 69-31 league loss to James River Midlothian (Midlothian, VA).
