Texas High School Basketball - Coronado crushes Big Spring
December 12, 2023: Lubbock, TX 79410 Coronado Mustangs (Lubbock, TX) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Big Spring Steers (Big Spring, TX), 76-35 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Coronado upgrades its record to 13-3 on the campaign. The Mustangs travel to Monahans (Monahans, TX) to play the Loboes in a non-league bout on Friday, December 15. The Loboes come into the bout with a record of 5-6.
Next up, the Steers play the Brownfield Cubs (Brownfield, TX) in a non-league bout, on Friday, December 15. Big Spring will attempt to upgrade on its 7-7 season record. The Cubs come into the bout with a 10-5 record after their 80-50 non-league win over Levelland (Levelland, TX).
