The crowd at Thursday's league challenge between the Central Valley Cougars (Greeley, NE) and the visiting Fullerton Warriors (Fullerton, NE), observed Central Valley's basketball team edge Fullerton by a score of 45-43.

The Cougars (2-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Arcadia/Loup City (Arcadia, NE). The Rebels come into the non-league challenge with a 2-1 record. In their last challenge, Arcadia/Loup City edged Anselmo-Merna (Merna, NE), 50-36, in a non-league challenge.
