The Harris County Tigers basketball squad (Hamilton, GA), was nudged 42-39 in Friday's non-league battle with the host Hardaway Hawks (Columbus, GA)

With the victory, Hardaway advances its record to 5-2 on the year. The Hawks host Smiths Station (Smiths, AL) to meet the Panthers in a non-league battle on Saturday, December 13. The Panthers come into the challenge with a record of 2-6. Smiths Station lost 53-31 in their recent non-league challenge against Russell County (Seale, AL)

In their next game, the Tigers encounter the Jonesboro Cardinals (Jonesboro, GA) in a AAAA Region 3 challenge, on Tuesday, December 16. Harris County will attempt to improve on its 4-2 season record. The Cardinals come into the challenge with a 1-0 record after their 71-66 league win over Northside (Columbus, GA).
